rhea and laura from the front desk were very sweet and helpful. they offered me an early check in , and i could rest before exploring. rizalyn also welcomed me with a delicious cake , and i really appreciated it.
the pillows in the room were not very good , and i found the curtains difficult to close completely. some light entered the room , because the curtains did not fit properly. i hope they improve these aspects .

The breakfast was amazing (especially the pancakes!). The hotel staff were so helpful. They assisted me with directions to local attractions. I really liked the prompt room service. My requests were handled quickly. The hotel's location near Yas Mall was very convenient for shopping and dining.

the location offered very nice proximity to attractions. a shuttle bus provided easy transport to theme parks. the room included a mini-safe for securing valuables.
i found the lack of water bottles, especially upon arrival and in the reception area, a small inconvenience. providing more water would greatly enhance the guest experience. offering complimentary water ensures comfort.

the bus service was so easy to use to go to the theme parks. the y2 yass express bus took me everywhere i wanted to go, even yas mall. the breakfast staff was so kind, they made my mornings brighter. rhea at the reception, she really did.
the curtains did not close properly, which let too much light into the room. it made it a little difficult to sleep soundly. i really wish they would get better curtains.

The hotel is located a short taxi ride from Yas Mall. Ferrari World and Warner Brothers are also nearby. I received a room on the top floor with an amazing panoramic view of the golf course. It also offered views of the Yas Marina F1 circuit and Ferrari World.
The WiFi was too slow.

Staff was amazing. Check-in was FAST. The room included free bottled water. This was a NICE touch. The hotel location provided quick access to several attractions. I enjoyed the convenience.
